Country Star Morgan Wallen Arrested in Nashville
Country music star Morgan Wallen finds himself in legal trouble after an incident at Chief’s Bar in Nashville. According to reports, Wallen, 30, allegedly threw a chair over a Broadway bar late Sunday night.
Witnesses saw Wallen on the roof of Chiefs Bar around 10:45 p.m., where he allegedly picked up a chair, threw it on the roof, and laughed at it. The bar’s rooftop is six stories above Broadway. Officers from the Metro Nashville Police Department, who were stationed down on Broadway, said the chair landed dangerously close to them, just three feet away. Bar staff, witnesses and security footage corroborated Wallin’s alleged actions.
Wallen was arrested shortly after 12:30 a.m. and booked into the Davidson County Jail, facing three counts of aggravated reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Is. Wallen posted a $15,250 bond and was released from custody around 3:30 a.m.

In response to the arrest, Wallin’s attorney, Vork Robinson, released a statement confirming the incident and Wallin’s cooperation with authorities. A statement was issued immediately after the arrest.
Wallen is scheduled to appear in court on May 3, which coincides with the second day of his three-day performance at Nissan Stadium. Chiefs Bar, where the incident took place, is owned by fellow country music artist Eric Church and recently celebrated its grand opening over the weekend.
